Job Description

The primary function of this position is to perform clerical duties related to human resources, employee benefits and management support. 

Responsibilities

  • Performs HR transactional work, including new employee onboarding, background screens, new hire paperwork, and I-9 compliance, etc.
  • Provide support to employees in all phases of the employment relationship.
  • Answers employee benefit questions.
  • Liaison with all third-party providers of human resource related activities.
  • Assist with processing of payroll.
  • Manage administration of 401(k) Plan.
  • Maintain personnel files.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail including postage availability.
  • Coordinate activities and arrangement related to company-wide events.
  • Liaison with business insurance provider.
  • Manage Affirmative Action Plan and related compliance filings.
  • Manage general office administrative duties.
  • Provide administrative support to management as requested.

 

Required Qualifications

  • MS Office proficiency
  • Data entry proficiency
  • Good organizational skills and highly detailed oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Business Management

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday
